Kent Secretarial was established in 2010, by its owner, Jayne Merritt. Kent Secretarial was formed to offer a complete business support service to relieve the administration burden to professionals, sole trader’s, businesses etc and to help move your business to the next level.
Kent Secretarial’s confidence has been maintained by the quality of work produced, professionalism, flexibility using a wealth of experience and knowledge gained from 23 years experience as a PA.
I am an Experienced Personal Assistant with a record of achievement within the following sectors:-

I started my full-time career in 1987, progressing to Personal Assistant / Office Manager to the Managing Director of a large multi-national construction Company.
I have extensive day to day secretarial experience along with organizational skills encompassing diary and appointment management, conferencing, arranging corporate entertainment from golf days to evening events, travel arrangements coupled with hotel accommodation worldwide. I also have skills in office management, payroll and personnel.
Throughout my career I have undertaken large tasks such as, heading a project team to relocate three offices into one, which included total refurbishment, project management, budgets etc, also refurbishing an entire office with all staff in-situ. Projects were completed on time and within budget.
I have the knowledge, experience and expertise to give you the quality of work required to ensure your peace of mind and total satisfaction.
